Revolutionary: How AI is leading entrepreneurship into the digital future
AI as an effective tool for entrepreneurship
In the digital era, technology is advancing relentlessly – and entrepreneurs must not be left behind. In order to survive in an increasingly digitised market, small businesses in particular need efficient tools that save time and resources. This allows them to focus on what they are really passionate about: their creativity, their business or their family.
New findings from the Global Entrepreneurship Survey by GoDaddy show that 72% of respondents believe that artificial intelligence (AI) will help them compete with larger companies in the coming months. This result confirms a long-held suspicion: AI is not a passing trend, but a crucial support for companies that want to survive in an increasingly competitive environment.

AI as a democratising tool
Artificial intelligence is increasingly becoming a key tool for companies of all sizes. While it was long reserved mainly for large corporations, it is now available to everyone, regardless of company size or technical knowledge. No one should be excluded from the opportunities of digital transformation due to a lack of experience or budget.
AI increases efficiency and growth
Time is one of the most valuable commodities – and every hour spent on manual or technical processes is time not spent on innovation, customer care or product development. AI-powered solutions help small businesses reclaim precious time so they can focus on what matters most: developing their brand, acquiring customers and growing their business.
According to the survey, Indian business owners estimate that they can save up to 10 hours per week using AI-powered tools. Technology makes it possible to design an appealing logo, create a website without programming knowledge, or improve online visibility through automated search engine optimisation in just a few minutes. This enables business owners to stay competitive without having to be an expert in every area of their business.
This is also shown by data from GoDaddy’s Airo AI tool (based on usage between 1 April and 31 August 2024). Businesses that used AI to create social media posts generated up to four times more impressions than those that did not.
More than efficiency: AI builds trust
The benefits of AI go beyond pure efficiency gains. A professional digital presence not only improves visibility, but also builds trust with potential customers and partners. In a world where first impressions are often made online, a strong, well-designed brand image is a critical success factor.
The data also shows that small businesses that use AI-powered tools are more optimistic about the future:
- 60% of them are positive about the economic development over the next 12 months (compared to 43% of those who do not use AI tools).
- 69% of AI users expect their business to grow over the next three to five years.
These figures underline the fact that artificial intelligence not only makes everyday life easier, but also forms the basis for a long-term growth strategy.
Digitalisation: Not an option, but a necessity
Digital transformation is no longer a luxury, but a necessity. However, it should be neither complex nor costly – but accessible, intuitive and supportive. Small businesses that embrace AI have the opportunity to actively shape their future – with the right tools to successfully compete in the digital world.
